الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله, وعلى آله ومن والاه, وبعد /
فلا أعرف دليلًا من القرآن ولا من السنة يرشد المسلم لللجوء إلى الحلف إذا خشي الوقوع في المعصية مهما كانت, ومعلوم أن النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- ما ترك خيرًا إلا دل الأمة عليه، كما لا أعرف من خلال قراءتي عن أن أحداً من سلف هذه الأمة أنه لجأ إليه ليمنعه من الوقوع فيها؛ وإنما ورد الندب عند التفكير في المعصية إلى استشعار عظمة الله وأنه رقيب على العبد ومطلع عليه، وإلى تخويف النفس من عقاب الله والطمع في ثوابه ؛ كما قال تعالى:" وَأَمَّا مَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِ وَنَهَى النَّفْسَ عَنِ الْهَوَى فإن الجنة هي المأوي " ، وقال سبحانه: " ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامِي وَخَافَ وَعِيدِ " ، وقال تعالى: " وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا فَعَلُوا فَاحِشَةً أَوْ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ ذَكَرُوا اللَّهَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا لِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَلَمْ يُصِرُّوا عَلَى مَا فَعَلُوا وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ " لاحظ "ذكروا الله" ولم يقل ذكروا الحلف ونحوه.
ولذا أنصح الأخ الكريم: بأن يحرص على تقوية إيمانه من خلال الإكثار من قراءة القرآن الكريم مع التدبر ، والحرص على أداء فرائض العبادات على وجه صحيح والاستزادة من النوافل, لاسيما الصلاة ليحفظه الله جل وعلا من كل إثم وشر وعلى رأس ذلك المعاصي يقول تعالى في كتابه الكريم: " اتْلُ مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيْكَ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَأَقِمِ الصَّلاةَ إِنَّ الصَّلاةَ تَنْهَى عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنْكَرِ وَلَذِكْرُ اللَّهِ أَكْبَرُ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَصْنَعُونَ " ، ويقول في الحديث القدسي : ( مَنْ عَادَى لِي وَلِيًّا فَقَدْ آذَنْتُهُ بِالْحَرْبِ وَمَا تَقَرَّبَ إِلَيَّ عَبْدِي بِشَيْءٍ أَحَبَّ إِلَيَّ مِمَّا افْتَرَضْتُ عَلَيْهِ وَمَا يَزَالُ عَبْدِي يَتَقَرَّبُ إِلَيَّ بِالنَّوَافِلِ حَتَّى أُحِبَّهُ فَإِذَا أَحْبَبْتُهُ كُنْتُ سَمْعَهُ الَّذِي يَسْمَعُ بِهِ وَبَصَرَهُ الَّذِي يُبْصِرُ بِهِ وَيَدَهُ الَّتِي يَبْطِشُ بِهَا وَرِجْلَهُ الَّتِي يَمْشِي بِهَا وَإِنْ سَأَلَنِي لَأُعْطِيَنَّهُ وَلَئِنْ اسْتَعَاذَنِي لَأُعِيذَنَّهُ وَمَا تَرَدَّدْتُ عَنْ شَيْءٍ أَنَا فَاعِلُهُ تَرَدُّدِي عَنْ نَفْسِ الْمُؤْمِنِ يَكْرَهُ الْمَوْتَ وَأَنَا أَكْرَهُ مَسَاءَتَهُ ) رواه البخاري –رحمه الله –
وليحذر الأخ الكريم وغيره كل الحذر من جعل الحلف بالطلاق وسيلة لتحقيق المآرب مهما كانت, فإن رباط الزوجية رباط مقدس يجب على الزوجين المحافظة عليه بكل ما يستطيعون ، وليس من الدين ولا من العقل أن يجعل من هذا الرباط عرضة لصرمه عند أدنى مشكلة أو غلبة شهوة .
